As your search continues, you encounter many people and locations, most of a decidedly freakish nature. Because of these encounters, snippets of your memories come cascading into your brain in the guise of movie-style flashbacks. Sanitarium is a well paced, good story, set in an unsettlingly surreal environment with disturbing plot twists.
