Thanks for your assistance with this order. In many respects, this has been one of the most frustrating "high dollar" purchases I have ever made. That being said, this has been one the best interactions I have ever had with a customer service representative. You personally went beyond any expectation I have ever had for a customer service representative, including scheduling delivery and pickup of the product.
So far as the grill is concerned. All is well, except the grill was only shipped with 2 of the 4 screws needed to attach the side burner. Can I still get these?

I just wanted to thank all involved with my order and the problems with it. After finally getting everything together if finally got the gas line installed and leak checked, connected to the log set and fired it up. All the hassle was worth it, my wife and I love the Evening Real Fyre vent free log set. Again thank you all for the excellent customer and technical support. Good morning, my name is Dave, I purchased a Capital Grill from Shoppers Choice last year. For the most part the grill has been excellent and my wife and our friends have certainly enjoyed many a feast that had been prepared on the grill. To make a long story short there have been several problems with lighting the infra red burner. Much correspondence has taken place between my self, Marc and Capital directly in attempt to resolve the lighting issue.
I am writing this to let you know that you have a huge asset in Marc, he has been consistently responsive and professional as well as instrumental in resolving not only this but other issues that have risen during this process. It seemed appropriate that you be reminded of Marc’s commitment to your company and to resolving customer issues. Quite honestly he deserves a raise. Believe me when I type that I understand the importance of good customer service and Marc is a shining example of how to maintain good customer satisfaction. He is certainly deserving of recognition and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him.

I do not recall the original order number, but I think you might be able to track it using the incorrect last name and/or my address.
Please order me two dining chair cushions. I have tried the cushions from my dining chairs and they fit the loveseat as well.

I wanted to thank you and the manufacturer for such wonderful and prompt customer service. We ordered two Series 200 BBQ access doors, and both came in fine, spotless, no scratches, etc, except there was one screw missing on one of the door handles. I simply called the 800 number and the lady who answered the phone was super helpful. She put me on hold for less than one minute while she called the manufacturer and poof was back on the line to say a replacement would be shipped out right away. I got the replacement today (two days later)!!!
Thank you. This is by far the best customer experience I've every had, and I have to admit, I was a little worried about support since I was buying online. Great job!

I researched many grills of all sizes and compositions. A grill this size else where ran upwards of $100 -$200. I knew it was going to be heavy being cast iron, but could not find one this size in non-stick, aluminum. The cooking surface on the Cajun Classic, #10494A, is 14X24. It is rugged and good for camping and will take some hot fires being cast iron.The only flaws I found were on the smooth side, there are little bits of casting that stick up your spatula hits and catches on, so they need to be ground down. Also, there are very ragged, sharp edges, inside the handles, left from casting that need to be ground out so as not to cut your fingers when lifting it. After I bought this one, I also realized that it comes seasoned for only $10 more. Can it be exchanged? I would consider a non-stick aluminum, which would be easier to handle for in home, stove top cooking. Maybe I over looked one this size in non-stick, while browsing. If you carry such a grill I would like to be contacted.

I recently purchased a DCS natural gas grill from Shopperschoice.com. I was somewhat reluctant to purchase such a large and costly item through the internet as I thought I might encounter problems with the grill or shipping damage etc. I didn't want to have to haggle over something 3000 miles away. I was almost willing to pay more and go into a retail store close by.
I just want to share with anyone that might want to do business with Shopperschoice that it certainly was an extremely pleasant experience. Ispoke to the CEO who was extremely knowledgeable about the all brands of grills. He was very pleasant and professional. The sales representatives also were very helpful and easy to do business with. They immediately followed up to an additional request I had for a cover for the grill and everything arrived nicely packaged. We had a few minor problems with the cover not fitting and the shelf not fitting on the handle. I was again extremely pleased how well they handled my concern and immediately shipped me a replacement. If you are looking for a company that stands behind their word, with the best prices look no further than Shopperschoice.!! I give them a ***** rating in every area.

I made my first order today from Shoppers Choice. I will be returning...
I wanted to let you know the reason. When I found your site, I was impressed with the layout of the web site. The link buttons were correct in size, color and location. Looking for what I was interested in, was easy and intuitive. Check-out was easy and the ability to go back a page to fix an errant entry was a very nice touch. I find that I prefer your style of check-out. Enter information, another page, enter credit card information, another page to verify and actually Submit the information for the order - then an email confirmation. I will not order from a web site that does not have a easily found CONTACT page with a physical address. Your Contact page has the bonus of you being proud of what you do and telling us shoppers about it. That's why I have bookmarked the site and will return when I'm looking for something else.

To whom it may concern,
I had recently ordered some DCS appliances through your company.
Unfortunately, one of the items, a wall oven, arrived with concealed
damage. After determining that the trucking company was not at fault, I
got caught in a 'how do we resolve this issue' between your company, the
manufacturer, and the local repair service. The item sat in my garage
for many weeks. The only positive during this issue was Mark Broussard
from Shoppers Choice. He was in constant contact with me, and was very
proactive with the manufacturer and repairman. If it wasn't for him,
there still would not be any resolve.
You read many horror stories about ordering on-line, and the shipping nightmares and lack of response from the shipper. I want you to know that Mark made the ordeal bearable and ultimately he made it right. It was refreshing to work with someone who understands customer service and has pride and loyalty for the company he works for.

Just yesterday, I just placed my order for a new Tec Sterling G3000FR–with every accessory I could find but the grill tools––and wanted to share my buying experience with you.
My due diligence around high-end grills have run the gamut. My finalist choices had been Kalamazoo and Fire Magic. That was until I spoke with Marc Broussard at Shoppers Choice, whom I fortunately reached by phone and spent better than a half-hour picking his brain about grills. I was mainly interested in his views on the Fire Magic grills, about which he was extremely knowledgeable. Coincidentally, I'm a Louisiana man, too, and take my barbecuing very seriously. A few minutes into the call, Marc–freshly back from with meeting with TEC, Inc. themselves – introduced the Idea of a TEC grill. I knew enough about TEC to dismiss Marc with a simple, "I don't want a fully infrared grill."
Well, Marc didn't give up and I did some research and study on my own and ultimately concluded that the TEC was precisely the grill for me. One feature, by-the-way, that help my decision, was the fryer/ steamer. Like I said, I'm from Louisiana and frying is just part of entertaining.
In a nutshell, I view TEC's emerging technology in the traditional field of grilling and barbecuing to be compelling enough for me to make the investment in TEC that I was reserving for what I considered were more "serious" grills. But I would not have come to this conclusion had it not been for Marc's sell. Hey Carrie, I got the package this morning and I told the driver a little about what I thought about their customer service. Shopper's Choice, on the other hand, has outstanding customer service! I just purchased a bbq grill and accessories for our outdoor kitchen. I had

work for one of the world's largest banks and we are leaders in security on
our online banking. When I had to go through the series of challenge

Dear Customer Service People, I want to tell you that I had originally ordered electric fireplace logs in November so I could have them in time for Christmas. After countless times of trying to get in touch with the company - because they would not even bother to answer my email, I finally reached them by telephone. This was last Monday. They informed me that they were not shipping any more of the item I ordered so I would not be having them for Christmas. I was so sad because my family was coming out and I wanted it all to be special in my new house. Anyhow, I went to Amazon.com and placed the order for the logs. I could not figure out how to get special shipping on them, figured it would probably cost a fortune and just placed the order standard shipping.
To my great surprise and happiness, they arrived on Friday. The "glowing" fireplace is in all of our pictures.

"I just wanted to take a moment and thank all of the representatives who assisted me over the past few days. I ordered Natural Gas Peterson Logs on 11/20/06. When the order arrived at my home, I received a Propane burner instead of a Natural Gas burner. When I called your company on 11/28/06 to report the mistake, I was told that a new burner would be shipped to me promptly. I advised the representative that I had family coming from out of the country and would like to have the logs by 12/02/06. I explained that I had a plumber rush the installation and ordered the logs at a specific time to receive them prior to my company arriving. Therefore, I asked if there was any way to overnight the gas log's however, I needed to call back during normal business hours to inquire. I was told on 11/29/06 by the first male representative that I spoke to that, the company would most likely not overnight the logs and that they would rather loose the business then spend the money to overnight the logs.
I decided to call back and speak to a different representative and, I'm glad that I did. When I called back, I spoke to several representatives who were very polite, energetic, helpful and courteous. I was ensured that the logs would be shipped UPS RED (overnight) and that I would receive them prior to my family arriving. One of the representatives even telephoned me back to provide me with a TRACKING #. I appreciate the time and effort put into my situation by your staff. It's not too often that we receive thanks for doing a good job, which is why I wanted to take a moment and thank all who assisted me. It seems like a minor mistake to send the wrong item however; the logs will be a perfect accent to my home for my company to enjoy which means a lot to me. "

I placed an order for a item through amazon, and it was back ordered until September. Rebecca emailed me about the delay and said she would send a note every friday with updates. After three weeks the backorder was changed to December/January and she emailed me asking for instructions.
Turns out I was away and forgot about the message. She called to check in today (despite getting the wrong phone from amazon) to see what I wanted to do.
